Noice in cockpit is too loud!

Hi!<P>I wonder what to do if I think the noice in cockpit from engine but mostly from wheels are too loud. Ok, I know it is a sportscar but I would like to speak to the girl I transport :-). Is there anyting to do about it?

get quieter tires,drive slower and a girlfriend with a bigger mouth. ha!!

Yo, that's kinda unkind.<BR>Angel, get some Dynamat, or other high density sound dampening material. Put it in the doors, or anywhere else the body metal doesn't have carpet over it. Put some foam tape, or other padding to keep the wires inside the door from hitting bare metal too. Get some high density carpet padding, that's also fire proof, and put it under all of the carpet. Get some High Temperature sound insulation material for under the hood too.<BR>Softer springs would help, and if you've got exhaust noise, then get a non-preformance muffler. If you're driving on snow studs, then get some radials if you can deal with the terain.

if dynamat is hard to lay down, there are some sound deadening sprays out there that can help, too.
