Looks like the lower section of one of the aftermarket bumpers out there for the MX, I did a quick search but couldn't find the one I was looking for. I think they turned the lower section of the cover into a lip. It look very nice.

Wow! That is sick! I will hopefully have the RacingHart 17's on my MX3, but those RX8 rims look amazing! Can't wait to see the corksport bumper add to the look.
