Called the Inn tonight and should have some info for you boys and girls tomorrow. May be start deciding on who wants to split the rooms with who, etc.

well my car is looking like a car again, started putting it back together tonight. got sick of waiting for parts to show, got the new rims today as well.

Here are the details:

Recreation Inn
1891 Parkinson Way
Kelowna, BC, V1Y 7V6

RESERVATIONS: 1.800.663.8603

We have non-smoking rooms reserved as follows:
- 5 rooms with a Queen bed, fits 2 people, cost C$79.00 per room
- 4 rooms with 2 Queen beds and one Single bed, fits 5 people, cost C$89.00 per room
Currently it is for max of 30 people, I think it would be sufficient.

The reservation is for arrival on Friday, June/23/2006 and departure on Sunday, June/25/2006 as I know some people will get there Friday. Some may get there on Saturday anf the Recreation Inn is informed of that, so just book from Saturday to Sunday.

Please all call by no later than
May/31/2006 to book YOUR own room with YOUR own credit card.

Please mention Mx-West when booking to get the Group Rate, as it is the name the reservation is held under.

Please remember that after the cut-off date of May/31/2006 rooms may not be available and the rate may not be our Group Rate. Also, if you cancel your reservation, full rate will be charged with no refund. I used my credit card to guarantee the reservation, so please be ready to pay me back.

any one want to split a room? otherwise jacki and i will be camping on the side of a mountain as there basically is no avail in the campgrounds around kelowna. pm me if you want to go halfzies

I guess I'll show up in my beater lol, good thing I live in Vernon so I dont have to rent a room! I might bring out my friend who has a JDM FC rx7 if that sounds cool. Hopefully it will be a good meet!

never mind found a site so unfortunately we will not be at the hotel but we will be sure to be at all of the events for another year of schinanigans (from what iv heard)

Give me a week to finalize plans, It might be that I will be getting one of those bigger rooms and you can sleep on the floor in there. I will have probably 2 other friends for sure...

Candis and I are in for the trip. Seeing as we are coming in from Airdrie, is it possible to meet at the Petro-Canada at the intersection of Cochrane and Number 1 intersection? That way we don't have to drive through Calgary and cut out some time.
