I doubt they are actually aware of the goings on of their son's company. If they did I dont think they would actually still be in business. If MY parents found out I owed someone 10+ thousand dollars they'd kick my arse!

I did, they sounded verry surprised and willing to help. I told them who I was and that Kyle had received over $600 for some parts that I have yet to receive and it has been over 6 months now. he took my number and said if I didnt hear from Kyle within the week to call him back. Dont really know, but sometimes telling mommy and daddy will get things rolling.

Rece have you heard anything? Been a week tomorrow since I "stirred the pot" so to speak.

Still nothing from Kyle or Chris here. I am going to call Chris today on my lunch as Kyle does not return voicemails, emails, or text messages for over a week. Talk about HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Xtreme doors has proven once again they cannot be trusted. YES it took an extra month to get them deposits. (my bad) YES they have had our money since August.(their bad) and finally YES nobody has a "complete" kit with struts and directions. I have emailed and left messages for kyle many many many many many times with no replies. I even asked him for the specs for the struts at least half a dozen times so we can get them on our own....no luck.

Called Chris AGAIN yesterday and his girlfriend said "You're not supposed to be calling here Jarid" I told her that the number I called was THE contact number for xtreme on their website. She said that Chris was going to email me that night (last night)....but didnt.

Chris emailed me yesterday. He will be getting the parts from Kyle and finishing the group buy and giving me an update on Saturday since he is too busy to update me during the week. I replied with " Please at the least get the struts out to the members that have kits by the weekend.* We will see what happens.
