figures. they know someone is willing to drive to get them and they probably dont have the parts so they ignore the posts....im debating on whether or now i should just go.

im pretty sure i know where it is using the return address of the first set of arms they shipped me. but i ended up not going because who knows if they are even open today.

So where are we now?

I and several others have paid for their hinge kits; BGRacing agreed to ship the kits quickly; they have the kits; we are waiting patiently -- will they be sending the kits out soon?

you guys are still waiting on these kits?? You do know GT Factory doors do have them for a probe /MX6 which is a diect bolt onto our cars! you may pay a little more but atleast you know you will get them and they are quality!

This is irrelevant as the members have paid for the xtreme kits. Please refrain from posting on this thread if youre not involved in the buy or have info about xtreme.

Got an email from Kyle today saying that he is not going to ship any kits until the last two payments are made.

Hi Jarid,

This is Kyle Wesley. I need to know what is going on IMMEDIATELY. We set the deadline for everyone to make payments and payment arrangements. We are still waiting on 2 people to pay and now I hear 1 person is refusing to pay. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. When we set the deadline, you told us you had talked to everyone and that everyone was ready to pay. As I had said before, this was a group buy and I would NOT ship anymore kits until everything was cleared up. All payments have not been received nor have I heard from the 2 people we are waiting on so NO kits will be going out until all payments have been received. We set the deadline for the 29 of June, then extended it for an extra week and now it is the 26th of July, like come on, something needs to be done about this. First we get a message from 93_4banger saying he is looking for someone else to take his spot because he totaled his car, and now he is saying that he is not paying at all because we are a scam. This group buy is a complete joke, it is simply one thing after another. Until the last two people pay, no kits will go out, simple as that.

As a group buy, everyone should have paid within the same time frame, and then all the kits would be shipped at the same time, however this had not been the case. We have had payments spread over 2 months or more, and we still have not received all the payments.

Furthermore, you and a few other members (and you tried to hide your identity on the fiero forum by talking in the third person) felt it was necessary to go on the fiero forum and try to hurt our business, meanwhile, your forum was participating in a group buy which members where not paying and we were expected to ship out one kit at a time. I DO NOT THINK SO. The fiero community is not having a group buy, so you had no right posting in that forum when you are the people that are in the wrong. I have had enough. It goes from one thing to another. You told Jessica that you had talked to everyone and that they were all ready to pay, Well it is now the 26th of July and we have still not received all the payments. We have our suppliers coming after us, because we are not able to pay them because the MX-3 customers are not paying for the parts we had made for their kits.

If I have not heard from the remaining two people by the end of this week, then other collection methods will be necessary. I am tired of our company taking the flack because two people refuse to pay and because we are continually lied to. Enough is Enough. They have till the end of the week to contact us, and again NO kits will be shipped until payments are received, and not payment arrangements made. These games have gone on long enough and they end now

does this mean that the shocks will be sent out, once they receive all payments? Or is there something else holding these up?
