Didn't you say it was gonna be 2 weeks...? :?
I mean I never asked about an updated ETA. I'm sure 2 weeks isn't making it.

Oh! Now I get it... Thanks.

So you think it's gonna take longer? Maybe it's time to stay on top of him, like 93vtecklr said...

Well if it would take 2 weeks, 2 weeks ended yesterday.

and it's not his fault.. Greyhound hasn't given me my bumper yet. . As soon as they give him it, they can prep it for paint and then it's in the paint booth.

Small update:

Still no bumper. Not the kid's fault guys, it's all on Greyhound. They are just being lazy with the package.

Car goes in for primer Monday.

They were also cautioning on the use of an aftermarket front bumper. They said if it's Fiberglass they will not warranty the work as of how easy it breaks. I'm not "too" worried, as I know a lot of you guys have used 'em, but I know I'm really going to have to be careful with where I drive..

anyways yeah, car goes in Monday, still awaiting bumper..

Never rush painter/bodyman. You want them to take their time and make sure job is done right first time around. I'm bodyman/painter by trade and I really don't like when people ask "are you done yet?" Most people are ignorant and do not realize how much work it is to make sure body is flawless before paint.

that's why I did not really say anything. I just came in, asked how they all were, and took some photos for the gang here to see. Even without paint, I can see how beautiful it is :D

edit:

Bumper came in today! I'm dropping it off tomorrow since they will be in.

I knew somebody was gonna say it...!

Dark Rider: I have to say that, although I don't particularly love it, I've seen much worse.
In any case, if you like it, that's all that counts.

awww :(

anyways it's the best kit in my opinion out of the lot of them, and my dad seems to really love it. He actually bought me the bumper for a gift so I can't complain.

But I am keeping the old bumper in case I want to revert back to the stock look.

Though still check back on the work! I'll stop by tomorrow to get my compressor back off them (they welded a new bottom to the tank), and so I might take some more pictures. But they said tomorrow it goes in for primer so we'll see if I'm able to get pics.

I have the same front bumper, I prefer it over stock, more air flows into the intercooler.

I know a lot of you guys are fan of the stock look, but I find it's not aggressive enough for me. I'm all for body kits :) but only good ones that suit the car

I noticed as well it allows for you to see the Intercooler if you have one better. Which is kinda nice, since I'll be turbo'ing after I get the work done to the engine.
