actually a very good site to look for compressor maps is turbocalculator.com or something like that.
I don't get why you said klde's or 1klze ? if you were to build one I'd take the ze in a matter of seconds for cams, intake manifold, heads.
For the importer if yo know what to look for then there's no problem with that unless you can't physicaly inspect it.

I can't tell you how to MS compares to others stand alone since I have never used nothing else beside MS. I like it a lot so far, easy to tune (fuel maps and ign.). There's lots of other options too (depending wich version you're getting). They were working even on a boost controller integrated.

On a sidenote, is it possible to check what kind of engine it is (effect etc.) by taking the enginenumber on the block to Mazda?
