I'm curious, how can they use pictures of someone elses car for their own profit? I would assume that if they were using the pictures just for display, that's one thing.

But they are a business and they are making money off other people's hard work. The whole, "it's our product so we can use pictures" thing doesn't fly. You bought it, it's yours. They can't just come over to your house, take pictures and put them on their site to sell more of their kits. Not can they come over to your "virtual" house and download pictures you took for your own recreational use to use to sell their products.

I'm not planning on buying a body kit in the immediate future, but I'd sooner overpay someone for a custom job than buy from them.

That's odd! I thought I bought the kit from Arnold at G-FORCE. And Oscar had used my pics for Pakfeifer Canada.
I don't have as much exposure as Jon and I don't have a rival company like Steve, so I really don't give 2 s#its. But I agree that it is weird that a company can just use unwarranted pictures to sell their product. It seems unethical and unlawful.

I dont understand how they can say, "its our product, we can use the pictures of it" what the ****? sorry but no, At what point did they make steves kit? or elroys? they were made from g-force. So if i was surfing the net and saw steves car and wanted that EXACT kit, tecnically i would not get the one i see due to the fact that onderground would have to change it slightly when they make their copy, correct or no? or is arnold just posting his kits to buy on their site?

Onderground is now using MrMX3's pictures of his car on their site (he has a laguna blue mx-3 with the MP5 kit.) I thought I'd let him know in case they didn't have his permission.

It's laser blue micca, and ya I knew. I was ticked about it at first, but really now, i could care less. I didn't bother e-mailing them about it because nobody else has gotten anywhere's so screw it and screw them.
