Wait... so what's different about it? It just has plastic panels in the boot now?! Don't most?
I am envious of your minty cargo hatch cover, though!!

Honesty its cool to have rare stuff from japan but i think its stupid that car makers do different things for different regions. Its like that for my mx-6 as well..you should see the jdm stuff that comes out for that thing. I mean plastic head lights that turn yellow for USDM when everyone else gets badass glass head lights. A speaker on the dash for JDM when USDM get [stupid] automatic seat belts and then an updated interior that looks like bubbly [marshmallows]....I mean come on. Some of the stuff moon has in his possession is some sweet stuff but we would all have love to be able to have it and not jump through flaming hoops or give our first unborn child to get it.

Jealous of the rear speaker panels... I always wondered why our flip up ones were so retarded and useless... because it was the secondary (and inferior) design.
Now with Moderator power!

Especially cause the stupid clips on the flaps break so easily, been screwed over 2-3 times because friends never listen to me when i say, "be careful, the clip on the top inner corner breaks easily!"

Haha how weird! I knew our dashes were different, but always thought that the boot/trunk designs would have been the same haha! But yeah, I quite like my car's boot/trunk panels. We do have little flip-up bits right near the back of the boot/trunk to help with loading (thin) long items... they're actually kinda cute, and surprisingly are actually kinda useful! My speaker cover for my rears are different to yours, though, moon... [edit] are the ones in your car in the final pics the JDM ones you got...??? Coz mine are the same as the other ones you picture...

Yes the finished trunk pics have the JDM ones (they are longer with no flip part). I would be highly surprised if you had the JDM ones. This is the only set I have ever seen in real life outside a catalog.

Hmmm odd... mine aren't the long ones, but my car is JDM - it was imported from Japan privately in '98, when it was 6 yrs old... That's why it's badged as a Eunos Presso. The ones sold here in Australia were badged as Eunos 30x...

Makes sense that the extra speakers would be optional. There were many trim levels in the Presso.
94' RS/GS/MS/CF Monster Turbo...coming soon.
93' GS SE, the Black Beast, the former love of my life...soon to be gutted and crushed.
94' GS, black on black, now in several small pieces...and one large crushed piece.
2007 Mazda3 GT Sport --- super fun
2004 Honda RC51 --- Lost forever to some theavin' bastard

hmmm... well mine does have 7 speakers, just that 2 of them are door mounted tweaters, which I'm pretty sure were added with the rest of the aftermarket speakers in the car by the previous owner....
