I will be be there as 1 person. If I can't camp its all good cause I live in kelowna but i'll contribute.

Its a long ways away so i'm sure the list will grow. Other camp sites:

There is two in peachland B.C. which is 15 mins from kelowna. Thats also the best place and where everyone usually goes to beach when they want to go swimming.

We need to start a list of people who are coming, sharing sites and how long each is staying for. As well if someone is willing to do all the bookings for the group.

Weekend before or after

The weekend before works better for myself but I can make the other weekend work.

So did anything ever get finalized with this. I plan on strolling into Kelowna at some point this summer and visiting some of my favorite vineyards. Whether I have the MX-3 or not will depend on if it is a weekend when I have my son with me.

I have no idea, no one has posted up anything. Jesse said the team was going but I never heard anything back after that.

Well if we attempt this next year, I am just going to recommend a free for all in regards to accommodations and stuff. We will pick a date, time and location of the meet, and everyone else can plan their trips around that. As the J-team knows, trying to organize everyone and coordinate activities is a real pain. It is impossible to please everyone, therefore ends up being a thankless role for anyone in that position.

Just so everyone has lots of time to plan their schedule around it...
I would say tentatively July 19th, 2014 (11:00am - 2:00pm) at Kelowna City Park. Beach Volleyball and beach lounging, followed by a cruise of SW Kelowna before dinner (possible Milestones).

How's that sound?
