yeah i reread what i originally wrote. your right, i dont know what was going on in my head at that point. i know better then that.

So Mazda says 10w30 and not 10w40..Didn't know that..Always used 10w40.
So first rule read the F*manual.

And still irrelevant to cold shifting because the set are not related. If it was, I'd suggest changing fluids, but that wasn't the case. Shifted same before and after, but I changed it because I didn't know how good the current fluid was.

The fluid made a minor difference for me, I bought another brand to try come swap day. :2thumbsup:
