Oke, so I found out my AEM wideband with less than 10k km's was toast.

Orderd a new one and got it last week.

Right now I want to fit my Pacesetter headers first.
After these are made to fit, I'll try to start it and run megasquirt for a very short drive down the street (no insurance or roadtax paid).

Than finally the engine will come out and I can rebuild.

Here are some pictures of the OBX headers vs the Pacesetter headers.

Front header, fits but narrow fit.

And the rear header hitting the frame.

Ow.. this is a funny picture that the Pacesetter coating is really only for transport purposes.

The fit of those headers suck, it is like they were for a MX-6 or something  I chopped the passenger side flange off of mine. Check my work log if your interested.

This thread is insane! I love everything about it, I want to put the mean eye look on the hatch so badly now! Everything about the car looks great.

@Deadmaker. I believe the LSD + shipping + importtaxes was about 650 euro.

@mooneggs: ooow yes... Took a few hours :freak: :welder:
But doesn't matter, it's hobby and I'll enjoy it a lot lateron.

Damn !! :crying: :crying: :crying:

It looks like my Mfactory LSD is the wrong one

I didn't register on the website and purchased directly through paypal.
When the diff-ring didn't fit I emailed the company; they said..: "You orderd the MTX-75 lsd, this is not for your car"

I really can't understand how this could have happend !! I checked so many worklogs and asked at least 5 people what partnumber lsd i need, and yet it went wrong somehow :crying:

Okey, so the LSD is on a hold untill I get the correct part (after double shipping :crying: )

I decide to go with the Bigger Brakes according to Weede's_klze example.

Here you can see why our brakes are so tiny.

And some side by side pictures
Image

For me the problem is that I can't get the subaru calipers with the sliderpen/bolt. I've searched many junkyards, emailed companies and on the subaru forum but no luck.

When I comparred the millenia and the Mazda6 brakes they are about thesame. Brakepad size is equal and caliper too. The millenia just has two smaller pistons and the mazda6 1 bigger one.

I choose for the mazda6 because the disks can be nice and big and it's proven by weede_klze.

Pacesetters finally (after 8 months) adjusted.
1 tip: Never do it without a welding machine at your disposal.

Furthermore, some sparkplug wires from PRD
Image

and a package of new stuff for the gearbox. Synchro's, bearings, seals etc
