Well lets not go overboard, im wiling to wait a little longer although the lack of contact does worry me. I'll give it another week and if it doesnt turn up or i dont get any contact from him then i will take furthur action.

Yea he seemed to get good feedback on club323f.com. You could ask about there. I would guess he'll come good. He seems quite into it, and you could easily ruin him on the various forums, so I think it will work out alright.

Well at least its through paypal, so you should have some buyer protection. Just make sure you keep within the claiming time frame if there is one. Email him with his paypal address if you haven't already.

Yea, just be carefull because even with paypal, if they dont have any money in there account when you win the claim, your SOL.
