I've only ever driven stock RS and GS, and then evotions. They were pretty harsh, but did up the handling. I would put them on my next RS again.
This WAS the ride height, if I haven't posted it before... its on 14's w/ 185/65/14
its also worth noting that it could be put to spec camber up front, but the rears had a bit of neg that I couldn't get rid of.
