Not much??? 200 horsepower isnt much?
(cough) ... ehm... Are you okay?
Of course it's a big improvement over the k8, and the de... rather its 60 hp difference, or what.. 30? ... thats still a huge difference. I've felt just 10 horsepower added to my zx2 and it made a big difference. explain please, I want to hear.

I understand that... But you are also talking to someone that has only owned a 4 banger mx-3 and a zx2... and now the v6 mx3. Think what it feels like to me. i think my friends prelude is hella fast. If my zx2 was still together and all, i would eat my mx-3. I actually thought my mx-3 had alittle speed to it. Anyways... It's time to go bigger. once that ze goes in, I might just push it alittle more with some spray. GOD! ... I cant wait!
Put it this way bro ... We only have the 1/8 track where i live. If I get anywhere between 9.0 to 9.5 ... Im a semi-big dawg. lol ... thats how it is around here.

the general manager from the DragRAcingShow company has sent me a message, of something new ( old to u guys )
From now on ... in the next DragRAcing show at Estoril track ... there will be timeslip's ...
it's too bad i havent got the parts yet :(
i want a timeslip with 14's :D :D :D

ps: i just found a website that calculates the horsepower used to make a dragrace ...
you just insert the car+driver weight ; the best trap speed ; the elapsed time ...
the site is :
http://www.corral.net/tech/brakehp.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
and my car made :
Image
i dont get it ... lol ... my car has 130 bhp, and used 161bhp ? lololol
and my best E/T is slower than my real E/T ? lololol
do i have the weight all wrong ?

just a suggestion but anyone who is not boosted should put their elevation, because that makes a huge difference in the numbers. When I was at Moroso in Florida I ran a 13.6 and a 13.8 on street tires and that was 23 ft above sea level. That was shortly after I did the install It could probably be better now so we will c next time I go to the track. Howver I am at an elevation of 5600 now so Time will hurt a bit...

This thread makes me laugh so hard. Outlaw you need to give it up on thrying to prove fieromx3 wrong. He is right and i am with him. You are messing with the wrong people sir. We pretty much go to the track once a week in the summer and we know whats what. You say, you don't acre about trap speeds, Anyone knows that with a fwd car. trap speed means all and the time means how good of a driver you are.

Make ya a deal. You get your bored throtle body on, your iridium plus tbhat will do nothing and probly make the engine run worse. your 10mm wires that are not needed, When you do a 14.9 I will write a cheque for $500 and mail it to ya.

and you will probly need to trap at least 90mph to do justa 14.9. And thats not going to happen.

mx3autozam, that is a bet ...
just on a sidenote ...
if i make lower than 14.9 ... will the cheque be any higher ?
and this time i will scan a timeslip and all :) ... the trap speed will off course be higher ... if i can make less than 14.9 AND more trap speed than 90mph ... how much will you pay some homeless institucion ?

mxx3autozam... i am not trying to prove anyone wrong, i told that there are more people that think like him ... sh*t, if you see all my post's... you'll find out that i agree that a KLZE is a major upgrade and turns a MX3 into a beast because of the power/weight ... I am messing with the wrong people ? something must be wrong with this attitude, but ok, we all have bad days .
Just remember , SIR , that we all have MX3 here, i dont have a shonda or a nissan ... if you are not happy that a K8 with small upgrades makes it to the 14's ... then i just dont belong here ... or maybe im getting the wrong picture and this should be named the KLZE.com forum ...

14.9 may be possible but 90mph with a TB id like to see from a K8 and john u shoulda made the bet where he must do both trap and 1/4 to get that money..
