Almere, looks like were both trying to squeeze the info out of Sergey, little by little. Perhaps between the 2 of us we can find some viable options for both the NA and EU members.

Let's hope so. I am active in both the Dutch and the German forum (and this one of course) and there is a lot of interest. But first we need more information. Then perhaps the best option is to first order one set and install it. And of course stay careful, there is alot of money involved and Russian traders don't have a very good reputation.

Ya between the 3 forums there should be at least like 20 sets or so. You should find out if there are any more price cuts. I bet if we were to get like 25-30 ppl he would drop it down to like $300-$350

They sent me this but I don't know why, I haven't responded to their last email:
Good day
The price is $599
If it will be more than 5 the price will be $489
Best regards
Sergey Egorov.

600 is ludicrous. Why the hell doesn't he drop the price to 300ish. He'd sell damn near a hundred sets for that price.

Do you know if his company makes these in-house or did he source someone outside to make them? If he sourced someone outside we should try to figure out who (probably some taiwanese company who charges him 40 dollars a pop for them).

I still haven't recieved any further updates from an email weeks ago. It appears that they are not very forthcoming with product info. Should a little red flag go up just about now? I would think that any vender would love to tap into a large enough North American or Western Europe market, and would be tripping over themselves trying to coordinate large scale sales. The only way to really get to the root of the matter, would probably be to find someone who knows Russian and can get a real dialogue going with them. Having feedback from a member from this BB who has already purchased or is in the process of purchasing from them would be a definate asset. I really can't see a middle man giving out his sources. He'd be cutting his own throat. We're all well aware of the substantial underground and black market industries that flourish in Russia as well as the organized crime, right?

yeah i run a small crime family here in the states :) ... i'm sure it would help if someone could talk to them in russian might get the ball rolling... and might let us know if they are legit or not... that would be nice if they were... and they may not realize the possible volume of sale they have waiting for them

None that I'm aware of except the ones from the venders site. I'm sure mx almere would have posted them had he recieved any.

I want to know if Taras has talked to him. Now that would be interesting, Taras knows all about the crime stuff and the black market stuff. He is the Real deal, and to piss him off all you need is a penny to tap on his windsheild with... he he he
