I was worried that i would have to do some reinforcing... im still looking into it but i think i need to replace my rearjoints (you can shake the wheel with your hands and it clunks)...
How will this be able to replace them? Would it be very easy?
On the lightest setting will anything need reinforcing?
Deffinatly something im intrested in, but I dont wanna have to fix other things because of it...

man you cannot get any easyer then this. first is the joints are REALLY ANNOYING TO TAKE OFF!!!! took me a dremal and a boat load of cutting disks. But the links just bolts on to where the stock ones go its really easy.

Ordered mine today.
Per previous post - Never did find the info I thought I remembered Vaughn wrote a few years back about welding rear undercarriage reinforcement to handle collateral stresses from an oversized rear anti-sway bar. omg, musta been having a brain fart.

Just ordered this upgrade so here's hoping my fitment experience is more like Legato626's than papa roached. Anyone else have an easy or hard time swapping in the new ZX2 bar please post.

the brackets to make it bolt to the body wont clear the back suspension, they hang out to far, Legato626 could you take pics of your install?

Did I miss something? Apparently...? How can the install "not get any easier than this," when ya haven't even received your new sway bar yet?

This is pretty fitting since as far as I know the bars from the Protege/Escort are different from the bars on the MX-3 GS.
I think they screwed up and never fitted it on an MX-3 and just assumed it would swap since struts/springs/brakes and alot of pieces swap.
