On Turbo setup I have spent around $600-$700 so far too. I got a SAFC II in a sence for free and came out with $40 extra. Injectors for $100, Turbo and Manifold for $150, and will prolly spend around $300 for Exhaust plus IC piping. Then $200 for misc things...

I lost count on mine....lol

I think it is around $10,000 USD so far.

We've done all the fabrication, engine assembly, electronics, etc... I'll post a more current pic of the engine bay tomarrow. We had to chop the FX front bumper pretty good to make clearance for the 3" Intercooler Pipe going to the 75mm BBK throttle body!

i don't know how much power mine is making because i had a really ghetto intake that would collapse and limit my engine speed to 4500 RPM when i went to the dyno (4 days after my swap). it was making 165 HP and 180 ft/lbs or torque there though. anyways i fixed my intake today and now all is good...i am still doing a bit of tuning though.

My mods so far:
BPT GTX engine (complete engine and turbo rebuild)
MSD 6A ignition
Haltech e6x fuel management
Issinni FMIC
2.5" full exhaust
2" intercooler piping
ACT clutch
Walbro 190 L/h fuel pump

probably has run me around 6-7k USD because of the rebuild and haltech. and i had to do the swap twice because the engine was shot the first time.

They ordered them from driveshaftshop.com. SHould be running about 15psi. Engine is getting rebuilt as we speak.

The setup in my Festiva:

Drivetrain:
- G25MR Transmission, Cable clutch, from a 323GT
- 323GT Axles
- Custom fabricated shift linkage
- OEM Mazda Pressure Plate, Disc, and TO Bearing (clutch needs to be changed soon)

Engine:
- B6T bottom end, 230000km, perfect compression and spotless combustion chambers with visible cross-hatching (gotta love Mazda)
- B6DE Cylinder head with VICS intake manifold
- B6T Exhaust Manifold
- Hybrid VJ11 Turbine (MX6/Probe) with VF11 Compressor (Subaru)
- Saab Blackstone aluminum intercooler
- Custom fabricated 2.5" mandrel bent intercooler piping
- TurboXS recirculating BOV
- Turbosmart Single Stage boost controller
- B6DE engine control electronics (MAF, distributor, solenoids, etc)
- 2.5" downpipe, 3" cat, 2.5" piping with Flowmaster 60-series muffler (baffled, but nice and quiet)
- Custom made 2.25" compressor inlet pipe with K&N filter.

Ignition:
- Stock MX3. I have a Blaster SS coil, I just need to install it. Will probably install a MSD 6AL with launch control at the same time.

Fueling:
- 1994 MX3 engine wiring harness, relays and ECU
- B6T 330cc fuel injectors
- High-flow fuel pump (not sure which kind)
- GReddy EManage
- Zeitronix Wideband System

Suspension and Braking:
- Apex Racing 22-way dampening and height adjustable race coil-overs, custom fitted to my car (original application for a Mk3 Golf)
- Urethane bushings
- Stainless steel braided brake lines on all four corners
- Brake swap from a Ford Aspire, which includes 9.2" front discs, larger brake pads, larger rear drums, and complete rear axle with integrated sway bar.
- Cross-drilled and slotted front rotors, and zinc plated rear drums.
- Aluminum front upper strut tower bar

Interior:
- 323 GTX front seats (amazing, better then my buddies ITR seats IMO)
- 323 GT instrument cluster
- Pacesetter short shifter
- Autometer Phantom Boost and Air Fuel gauges, Stewart Warner EGT and Fuel Pressure gauges.

Car ran 13.3 @ 102mph on slicks, 13.8 @ 106mph on street tires with a completely different setup. Used to be a complete B6T engine with B6T engine controls. Only mods were cone filter, open exhaust, VJ11 turbo, but with no increase in fuel or boost. No intercooler as well. Also running super soft KYB GR2s which definatly hurt my launches. I can't wait to get the car up and running again...hoping for mid 12's this year.
