I've seen it in person and it's worse than it looks in the pics. There is a lot of hitten damage under the car on the driver's side. Some serious frame work will be needed. It's fixable but not cheap.

hey everyone! so i think that i may finally have gotten somewhere on my car. a friend of mine recently was in an accident with her mx-3 and is just gonna sell it for parts, but her impact was on the front passenger side, as mine was on the back drivers side. now obviously this whole accident has already cost me too much money seeing as i haven't seen a dime from my insurance or the guy who hit me, but i would really like to get my car on the road. i'm thinking about buying my friend's car and trying to do some mix and match. here is where i need some help. i know basically nothing about cars, but seeing as i would be buying her car, i would have 2 engines that are both running perfectly, as well as doubles of a lot of other things ( drivers side door, 4 wheels, windshield... etc.) here is my proposition, i need people to help me with all the work, and in exchange you can have any of the parts you would like that i'm not gonna be using, and there will be lots of them. if anyone out there in calgary is interested in free parts for some labor, please contact me.

I think you are looking for a really good bodyman. I know guys at the bodyshop I go to they mix and match whole qurters off the cars and you can;t even tell after it's done. Pretty complicated.

As has been discussed before, how bad is the frame damage on your friend's car? That might be the better car to keep, and use your old car for parts.
Is it just a matter of side panels that are wrecked?

ummm, i haven't seen her car yet, bur as far as she's told me it's just the body on hers, but on mine it's the frame that's bent as well. i know it's a big job, i'm just hoping that a couple guys out there will have the know how to give me a hand.

Hey Folks! I know it's been a while sine i've been around but i need your help once more. I've finally finished paying off my poor little busted up car and i can sell her. I'm not trying to sell it on this site, i just wanted to get some input from people who have a better idea than i do as far as costs. Looking at the pics what any opinions on what she's worth? The engine is still in perfect and she has practicaly new tired. All the windows are intact and the interior is in great shape.

Any input? Anything for a staqrting point would be greatly appriciated!

I'd say to put it up for $2000 and see how many bites you get. I'm sure someone would want it, even as a parts car for that price.

Hey Im looking for some parts for my car. If her hood or rear spoiler are in tact I'd take those off your hands. Are either of these in good shape?
