Man whoever Siad heating up ur spring would ruin them cause they are tempered was Bang on. They know what they are talking about I work in a mashine shop and I heat treat meatal and I know for a fack once u heat it up don' do it agian cause it will screw the Metal right up therefore u ride will be Crap
save up and buy ZX2 struts and aftermarket springs.
