under the high way traffic act, its illegal to watch street racing, thats what my teacher said

Alright for tomorrow people,<P>Everyone meet at the Tim Hortons Parking lot.<P>The parking spots right next to Tim Hortons might be full but there is plenty of parking beside it and all around that area so it should be no problem.<P>I'll be there around 8:00pm, maybe even a little before that.
