the lens can hold as much paint as you want on it. i never scratched mine up or anything, but it might be a good idea to promote adhesion because the upper part was chipping just a LITTLE bit. oh and you should do at least 4-5 coats because the first 2 coats (which should be light) will look like you're messing up, then when you get the coats piled on there you'll see your handywork shine.

thanx. i will be wet sanding and buffing these though when i do it. i want these babys to just shine like non other!!! lots-o-clear!!!!!! professional stuff too...alawys turns out better.
i got a 90 pgt...but wish it was a mx-3 bp-t!
