I think we should stay away from CF. That will drive the cost up.

Re: Need some ideas for Projector headlights.
How would u guys feel if we JUST sold the housing and it was up to you to get your own lights for it.
For example.
Everyone wants something different. IF we made the headlihghts a stock size, and gave you a list of places to get the headlights from, as well as make them a common sizer, that way it would be cheaper to make, and those on a budget can get better headlights later?
(just an idea.)

Re: Need some ideas for Projector headlights.
that sounds good to me. Deciding on c/f should be the only other factor.. personally i think we could go without c/f as it doesnt match everyones exterior design.

Re: Need some ideas for Projector headlights.
Ive spoken with him many times regarding that issue. I think the main problem with CF si that there are so many diff types of CF material and not all of them are the same type. For example my CF hood and the material purchased may not be the same.
We could probably do them on both FG and CF, but CF will cost a bit more.
Heres another issue were gonna have to resolve.
If we sell them in 2 pieces (housing and lens) so they could be painted, getting the lenses sealed may be a problem for those who want them unpainted. I'll have to talk to him further about them. I'll let u guys know. Were in the design stage, and ETA on the prototype is unknown. Thos eneeding them NOW will just have to wait, unfortunatley.

Re: Need some ideas for Projector headlights.
we can TRY, but the problem is those headlights are much bigger than ours, were limited to space.

Re: Need some ideas for Projector headlights.
the one posted is not a Jap headlight, If your car has a plastic lens, like all North american ones, are plastic, and are exactly what you have.
