I didn't go with full blend but I did add a little regular oil. Leaked a little at first with 5w30 but no more leak or consumption but still ticking. She has over 160,000 miles.

YUP. My honda is that clean with about the same mileage.

There is ample evidence that all these additives work; the trouble is that it is only evident to those who wish to believe they do ;)
Re-shaped and re-sized gearshift lever. Best driveability mod you can do!
Extra thick soundproofing in the boot (trunk) to quieten my stainless steel exhaust system :)
