Took apart my Synapse BOV today to do the fabled "Port C delete"
In doing so I found a bad o-ring and made sure it was replaced and
sealed

All that must be done to delete port C is make two holes as shown here:

Finding a flange for a T3 garrett internal gated is turning out to be very difficult.

Those V band 5 bolts are nice, but are for an externally gated setup - mine is internally
gated.

Finished the pipes today and I'll have more room and clearance with the new routing:

And I found this new one on my bumper:

Stuff like that makes me so mad. The first one is just paint and will buff out, the second is a scratch
that goes through all the paint.

You betcha, but on the exhaust side theres an odd 3 bolt 2.5" outlet that doesnt
match up to any flange ive been able to find. So im just going to weld the pipe
directly onto that piece you have shown there.

Garrett uses high nickel content in their pieces so it should be okay to weld.

Looks great!
i didn't like the idea of welding the pipe directly to the turbo housing either.

I had a pretty productive day - Finished the charge pipe, exhaust, oil return and ran out of
daylight so I called it quits.

My current block has been in the car since July 2008, so almost 3 years now. Thats
why the road salt has done its thing.

I f---ing hate people right now. My car takes more damage being parked than
when I drive it.
