Some good news!
After ordering a dozen intercoolers, to our surprise they were not the right ones.
Apparently the correct ones have been delivered and one is being sent out to Steve as we speak ( AS PER ABE).
I didn't get a tracking number from him but i was reassured it was on the way; so Steve, keep a lookout.
Hopefully this takes care of the IC situation and we can move forward with the project.
I apologize on my behalf and Abe's for the time taken to get the IC over to Steve. I hope we dont run into any other issues/delays. Summer is approaching fast and personally I want my setup in and running before the end of this season!

intercooler is mounted, piping was modded. I just need to do 2 small welds and my friend wasn't available to do them today so as soon as he can this piping will be on the way to MMI for production
Here's what it looks like a little. (had more pics but damn camera scrap them)
intercooler fitted in stock bumper
as you can see, it is VERY tight where the intercooler meets the reinforcement behind the bumper, this is because I got an intercooler that is longer than what I originally asked for but it fits so you guys are the winners out of it (28" vs 24")
you can see where the pre intercooler pipes passes through. Sorry for the mess in the engine bay, it's being redone from A to Z
misc pic
you can see the parts that have to be cut in the fender well. It's just reallly thin metal that can be cut with anything.
I had a lot more pics (nicer too) with the bumper on (general pics) but they didn't work. As soon as my friend get over here I'll snap some more.
BTW I don't know if I said that but you won't be able to use the stock latch anymore (no place at all for it) so hood pins are a must !

With the hurdle of getting the IC to Steve out of the way, the process of completing the kit is near.
At this point, I would ask those BB members that are ready and willing to finish paying off their kit to do so at this point.
If you are unable to complete the balance, but are able to make a further down payment, this as well is acceptable and asked of you.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding your balance, please email me at
info@pakfeifertuning.com or call: 416-899-5909
Thanks

oh forgot to add. You'll have to grind the stock bumper a bit, really not that much but you'll have to.
