I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Thanks for all the posts! My final solution was the chipped KL07 (Probe) ECU, KL02 VAF, and replace the original Milly crank sensor with a 626 sensor. One of the guys txt'd me that the Milly sensor is different, even though it fits and will run. The 626/MX-3/MX-6 sensor cured the problems completely. It's the LITTLE things!

Final configuration:
* 95 Milly 2.5 with KL31 square port heads, 9.2 CR, KL01 cams, filled mounts
* Milly exhaust manifold, stock 60mm Milly throttle body, EGR blockoff
* XS-Power stainless MX-6 headers
* MX-3 disty w/GM HEI ignition/Blaster2 coil (NOTE: use the Blaster3, it has the proper tower to use with the currently available MSD coil wire set)
* KL07 ECU w/Stoker100 chip
* 2.5" custom exhaust, resonator and Magnaflow mufler
* Custom aluminum coolant air separator tank

This combo behaves nicely on the street and pulls HARD!
