Where is plasti dip that cheap in Canada? It's about ten bucks everywhere I look.fillpereira wrote:I think it would be cheaper to buy plasti-dip in a can to do the whole car. Its the same product
Its $5.98 CAD a can. So how many cans would it take? 30?
The small kit they sell is $249

Yeah, no kidding, NAPA has it the cheapest I've seen, 12 bucks I think. Home Hardware has the same price too.mikeinaus wrote:where did you find it for that much in canada? only place i could find with it was home hardware and they charged $22 a can...fillpereira wrote:I think it would be cheaper to buy plasti-dip in a can to do the whole car. Re: The Ultra Mooneggs Finish
If anybody in Oregon/Washington is planning to buy one of these, who all might be up for pitching in? Split the cost of the sprayer, buy your own dip, and make a weekend of spraying all the cars? Could be fun stuff!

Re: The Ultra Mooneggs Finish
I'd been looking at doing this to my car too. I like how the flat black looks. I think that I'll grab a couple rattle cans and do my wheels and see how it looks.
Totally thinking about going to home depot and getting the sprayer.
