Wow Kris that was really a bad day, my heart goes out to the people effected especially in Marysville where the town is all but destroyed.

I'm glad it missed you. I know how it feels, since I was living in Houston when Katrina hit.

fortunately not hard. They shut down the oil refineries there but IIRC it wasn't really damaging. I mean, compared to Louisiana.

Oh, ok. I thought I had lived under a rock...
Here in Miami, Katrina was somewhat minor. A few weeks later I escaped Wilma by a hair (literally just a few hours), but, later on, I had to deal with its wake. Really not a pretty sight.

Yeah, it was similar to SuperK's place; There was very little damage in Houston, but it was pretty scary. The hurricane turned at the last minute, and missed me.
