Yes... I'm looking into my options. But I would like to go higher in my CR.

Ford SBF rods are 5.4" and are a lot cheaper than a set for our engines.
The only adjustement would be to use a different size bearing and (if needed) rebush the small end.

Ryan, do you happen to remember the weight of the Wiseco 11.5:1s? I believe IPP carries an 11.5:1 piston for us... but who knows who makes them.

IPP carries the wiseco.

I'm sure you could call them and ask. I was never interested in aftermarket pistons. Not for $600/set.

$600 for a 1.5:1 CR boost isn't too bad, if you've already done everything else... better with a BB though, which would never happen here unfortunately.

Meh, my money's gone to more necessary things than my car's now. TBH, I had some serious expenses pop up recently. I had a little over 3 grand set aside for my engine. Looks like it'll be waiting... Good thing my K8 is still strong as ever.
