RS is spot on... I wouldn't have a home phone if it didn't come in a bundle. Internet, TV, and home phone are grouped for semi-decent rates typically.

I have a cell with about 300 minutes a month(my share) with rollover, and I've got enough rollover to last a lifetime.
If I need more than 5 minutes on the phone, chances are it can be said in person.

I used my cell as a laneline since I had my appartment in Mississauga, especially since I'm always on the move, it doesn't make sence. I've been with Telus for 10+ years and they've treated me great. Current plan that I got started on the 6th is Unlimited Nights and Weekends (6pm) Long Distance, unlimited texting, includes 6gb of data and it's $96 taxes in. Better when I used to pay $101 for just a long distance plan and NO data! Ya it's no $30 plan, but I need more than that for me. Since I don't want to lose my number and to have local people here in Quebec call me as a local number, I got a MagicJack with a local number that forwards to me cell for $30/year.
