Doubtful its jumped... More likely it was installed wrong by PO... I have thought about that possibility though... The mark on the aftermarket pulley still just doesn't look right.. Something just didn't seem right when I was marking it with paint so that I could see it better while setting the timing.... I only had about 10 - 15 min to look at it when I was doing it so I haven't investigated any further...
