I'm not sure what you mean by it looks as bad as it can look. Aside from the rust, it is in perfect mechanical and interior cosmetic shape.

I meant the exterior haha, should've been a bit more precise.

It looks quite mechanically sound and the interior looks good. I would've snapped that baby up for that price easy, I'd like those rims for sure haha. I'm hoping to get a cheap parts car like what you got here just so I can try out a shot at painting it before I paint mine, and theres a lot of parts I'd love to throw on to my car as well.

Alright, that settles it... I'm swapping my new tires onto my 5 spokes, before I'm forced to part with them... They're a little curb rashed, so I was thinking I'd hold out for a minty set...
