I also agree that 170º CW is the correct spot. So a little to the right of 180º.

I have an important question about all this. When i'm doing the Timimg belt must i replace the pullys and tensioner or just the tensioner or just the belt? i've been told by everyone something different and now i'm just worried, trying to build a Mx3 and everyone has an opinion.

That is up to you.

Spin the pullies by hand, if they sound dry at all, I personally would replace them, because I like a quiet, non bearing noise idle. If they feel a bit stiff, but quiet, that is normal, and it is probably pretty new.

On the other hand, I've never heard of one failing. Like most bearings, they get louder and louder and louder until you can't handle it, before they get louder yet and then fail.

I still don't know why this has never been made a sticky in the v6 faq. This here is by far the absolute best writeup on setting the timing belt. Please sticky this so I never have to search for it again and so others can take advantage of the benefits of this write-up.
