Thanks guys. I went down to the junkyards down by the border because my buddy wanted some parts for his ride so I tagged along. To my surprise I actually found two mx-3's with the rebar intact. Only problem is that I didn't bring any cash or tools so I'll have to come back on Monday. I just hope nobody else takes em. I was about to buy one from mazda parts center for $265 bucks before shipping and now I can get it for 42 bucks. Anyone else on cloud 9?

unless someone else with an mx-3 bought a car with no rebar i'm sure they'll still be there monday.
most cases with a car this old, when someone gets in an accident and needs a new rebar they just junk the car

Alright guys, I went and put on my rebar today and that pretty much took care of the bumper sag. Now I just need to find a good body shop to straighten out my front end. Oh and while I was at the junk yard I got my self a wing that fits pretty flush on the hatch but I kind of broke the bracket so I have to find a way to get it to to stay on. Will post pics, if I'm successful that is.
