My buddy just bought a brand new 2011 3 hatch about 2 weeks ago. The GT was out of his price range, but we got a nicely loaded GS that's pretty much just missing the rims, no sunroof and heated seats. He HAD to have the 2.5 in 6-Spd MT. Almost $100/month cheaper going that route.
