well i got my mx3 put back togther today and it started right up just hold a 3-4 grand rev nowand it rev it self up to 5 grand any help would be nice

Your throttle linkage is holding itself open or you have a massive intake leak.

Its like any other car.

Pull the rubber off of your intake manifold - where the air goes into the engine - and make sure the throttle plate is fully closed.

Aside from that, look for an air hose your forgot to plug back in.

well i took car to shop today to help me with it running again and although i can drive it just keep it from dieing it the fun part ,the mechanic says he not getting any power to obd1 and he cant see codes is my freaking ECU out w???????would that make car run like s---

That picture has the hint you need... Look at the throttle linkage guys, his Throttle cable looks like it's too tight. -.-
