I for one can vouch for the weight of that hatch. With the SOHC, night and day. But the extra wind and broken glass made me deem it an unnecessary "upgrade" (vandalism... )

I like it, plus if they complain to much tell them you have a back window, you know that lil thing under the spoiler. As for the godzilla spikes, I dont quite agree with that but I think you should definatley look into adding some vortex generators like you see on the evos to help aerodynamics.

I never use the back window so I think your on the right track reducing the weight by using metal. One thing I though of was that metal is going to get really hot in the sun. Better insulate the inside of the metal and paint it silver to reflect the sun.

I definately am going to reinforceing and some sound dampening but the car is stayin black. It'll be black on black, i'm keeping the A/C so it should not be too bad.

Well the bike finaly sold, it took me awhile to put it up. I wanted to wait till summer. So now i have lot's of usable cash to start the car again. I'm currently looking for a ZE but with so many places out there i want to make sure i don't get screwed. I keep searching for where everyone else got theirs but no luck yet. I don't need a horror story ya know. I'm currently looking into JEI in Va. cause they are close to where i am.
