congrats brother, thats a hell of a deal you got on the house, a house like that would easily run 400k where I live as well. i got a 960 sq ft house single detached garage and 4 bdrms 1 bath for 230k here in saskatoon and its an older house. My advice for marriage is make sure you communicate well, its 1 of the key ingredients in a healthy marriage brother.

wow, 960/4br? those must be tiny rooms! My 1br apartment is the same size as your house... I couldn't imagine 4 br included.

wow congratulations... on everything! Sounds like you just straight up decided to grow up in ONE day haha :freak:

That's one thing I miss about TN... cheap houses... The pic of the house makes it look like you have a ton of acreage - does it back up to a forest or something?

I'm a big boy now, yay! I use pull-ups!

There's a treeline which is nice but it doesn't back up to a wooded lot unfortunately. It doesn't back up to someone's back yard, though. That's nice. I'm going to terrace the mother loving dirt outta this yard and enjoy every moment of it.

You know, 2rotors... whatever people say about TN, there's one great part of being down here... Those pictures from the Cherohala Skyway you posted up? Just about any point on the compass from where I live, that's what's there. But I'm not a city/party boy either, so it suits me very well.
