I just received a reply from K-Sport regarding theie big brake kit.

I had asked...

“The website says that the 11” Procomp kit can be installed on the MX-3 with 15” wheels. Are any modifications required to mount this kit to the MX-3?”

and they replied...

“Unfortunately, the smallest kit we offer for the MX-3 is a 14” kit.”

So it is as I suspected. The only way to put big brakes on the MX-3 without modifying the spindles is to use HUGE rotors and wheels. Which may not be a bad thing for some but I just wanted to clear that up.
