First Meet of 2010

The meet is in 4 days and there are only 3 on the list (FB).....this meet is to plan for a big meet of Ontario and Quebec MXers being held this summer.

We need all of your ideas......ya some are online already but we can talk better about it if we meet here.

Hey I know it is winter now...you do not need the MXs but we need the drivers.................

I want to see more people adding their names to the list on facebook or here please.

I know Brand and myself are up for it, and Deb, obviously since she lives there. I know Mike can't make it cause that's a little too far for him. Shane speak up, you were the one that started this in the first place.

Well, there is a VERY good reason I haven't spoken up yet.

I would rather not talk about it to jinx it...

The person who is taking over my shift on Saturday so I can go, may not be able cover it after-all. Just found out two days ago, a family member of his is on their death bed. He was nice enough to notify me ahead of time, compared to springing this on me on Friday or something.

So, as cynical as this is, I am crossing my fingers that they stay alive. Well, maybe it's not so cynical, more like positive thinking. For his sake AND mine. And no, I'm not trying to come off as selfish.

So, only time will tell.

The fact of the matter is that we still have to find a location, I wouldn't mind taking some pics seeing as I've never been there before. Also we can see my buddy who goes to RMC there, and of course, there will be Deb.

Brad, Igor and DEB at the meet tomorrow..........isn't this great.............I can imagine how many will show up for the Ontario/Quebec meet..........

C'mon people we love these cars..........great chance to plan something big for the summer and show Kingston what you have!!!

The thing that bugs me is for the ones not coming...they won't even post that they are not coming...........just ignoring it.

I have stressed this before.....................when you know a meet is coming and you know that nothing is going on that day in your life.............you plan to go to the meet...........everyone waits and hoping something better comes up..............so how are we suppose to expose theses great cars. No I know the reasons for some of you...........I'm talking about all the rest.

So if anything gets planned between today and the meet and you come to the meet and bitched what was going........well you had your chance to put your 2 cents worth in before.

Anyone interested in meeting up today.........turn off at Exit 611 Gardiners Rd Kingston and there is a parking lot there.......I'll be there around 12:30 or so....Brad and Igor are leaving TO to come up here at 10am..so it will be about 2-1/2 hrs or so to get here.
