For my sub I am running a Square kicker 10'' l5 an it Pups compared to my old two tens and takes up the same space as solos

has anybody deleted their back seats completley?
im toying with the idea..i hate when i have more than one passenger, it adds too much weight to the car...my sub adds enough...i was thinking of moving my box to sit where the bottom seat cushion is located now, thus giving me back my trunk space, and keeping the weight in the car centered for daily driving....have been searching for some pics but have had no luck..

i wish i could show you my coppercars rear seat but its not finished yet so i will not unvail.

so what i started with
2 10" legacy's with an 800 watt lanzar amp


then i bought 2 12" audiobahn subs amp and capacitor.
fist in a custom built box, but it took up so much room so i went and got a prebuilt one and they pound so hard its awesome. to bad we have a nosie law now, if you can hear your cars stereo 6 metres away form teh car you can get fined. wtf

i had a '96 monte carlo z34...black with black leather, 2 12" pheonix gold's in the trunk with a custom box..it pounded like madd!! man i miss that car..(let a freind drive it, they wrote it off for me.. )...
...anyways today i had more time to work on re posistioning my sub in the mx to where the back seats normally are....should have some pics soon

i got the box loaded into the car today, ran out of light so i never had a chance to wire everything up but this is what ive got so far...


thats a 1000W clarion pxw12 powered by a pheonix gold XS2500, with a Boss clr50 for my mids

Memphis dual 12-inch subs
RockFord Fosgate amp (for subs)
Soundstorm 400 watt 4-channel amp.
Powerbass S-6C 6.5-inch speakers with tweeters

i just finished my audio setup , i am so proud
and just in time for the national Mazda meeting this saturday ( today )
i will take pictures tomorrow, and post them later. For my first time trying, and first time even caring about audio in my car , its soooo good.
And it makes me more proud, since i did it ALL.
Design, build, light connections, sound connections, carpeting, all on me

thanks. i do it on the side. so i did a nice clean "simple" trunk set-up in my car. the wifes car is full fiberglass. an of course bugs car was done by me. so you can see i have a bit of skill. if i could do a car a month would make me happy. i love building systems.
