Well, believe me when I tell you, you could've sold the shell here. Even if you can't post in the FS section, a quick look at the WTB section would've given you this:

And you could've easily PM'd him and made an extra buck, while keeping a perfectly good shell in good hands, and on the street.

A shame, really.

It was just an example. There are several ways he could've sold that shell, or even given it away for free.
He could've posted it on Craigslist, he coul've looked here for a nearby club, he could've found someone at the WTB section, etc.

To everyone bashing him you have to remember that not everybody has the time or resources to sell an mx-3. In an ideal world that car would have gone to whoever needed those parts... but the world is not ideal

For instance, my first mx-3 ended up similar to that (maybe most of you don't know) and I had to PAY someone to haul it away for $80 in the middle of the night... I ran out of time and my buddy wanted it gone from his driveway (and I don't blame him)...

This is getting funny. The guy only made one post... it's like kicking an ant hill and watching everyone scramble.

Imagine if you cut up a 240sx, or whatever he's getting next, and posted it on a typical tuner forum You'd have hardcore gangsta death threats by now (16 year old white boyz). The thread wold be 18 pages long, and degenerate into a pissing contest.

Oh most definately. I've perused other message boards on other sites, and a simple question (Albeit a dumb one, even if the poster was legitimately in need of help and ACCEPTED the possible solution), or for instance as Jesse said. It turns into a "whip-it-out and measure that sucker" situation. This will measure our willingness to live and let live, to crush and let crush. I didn't read so many of these statements on Tmac4t4's [FS] thread. And he beat the bugs out of his car. Just think, makes our cars just a little bit more on the rare side....

Good news for those keeping up with this thread. Most parts I had for sale went to a gentleman from this board from Knoxville. Everything else besides the K8, will be going into my LXE.
