last time i checked rims/tire package was $1200 CDN at tiretrends shipped
id put down good coin for rims.
they basically make or break the car
thats why im dedicating all of next summer for the perfect suspension, spacer, wheel, and tire setup

-General Exclaim UHP 225/50/16. Cheaper, semi-no-name. People often compaired them to Michelin Pilots, and liked these way better.

-Uniroyal Tiger Paw Touring in either 215/55/16 or 225/50/16

they are not the best pic but they will give you an idea of what black rim will look like on your car..
personnaly I prefer all black! but the pic are not to great so the polished lip kind of look beter.

KXwheels has great package deals which include rubber for around $1k. I called and shipping to Edmonton would be about $75.

I decided I'd rather spend my money going fast and being a good car than looking fast. Just bought some cheaper tires. I need the money for school anyway.

Sadly, the tires are the weak point in acceleration and cornering.

I was going to suggest looking around craigslist and going to autoparts stores to ask around and see if anyone is selling rims for cheap then you could spend the rest of the money on a decent set of tires.

I actually bought another MX-3. Now I have a set of 15" honeycombs as well, and 12 tires in total. With access to another 4 real cheap
