Yep, I believe Sonoco even has signs at the Daytona Racetrack. Yep, here's one, but I remeber there's also one at the entrance of turn 3

Interesting artical on octane ratings:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Octane_rating" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Not really mentioned in the artical is that if you run an octane rating higher then your engine requires you can loose power.

Sunoco 94 (when ever possible) for my High Perfomance Cars. The stock 323 could likely run on water. I have taken stale gas out of the Mustang (Mustang would hardly run) and poured it into the 323 which you could not notice a differance :lol:

It depends, but that also depends on the motor, the timing ajustment ability of the motor, the strength of the sparkiong system, etc...

Octane doesn't make power, but it's actually harder to ignite under compression.

93 kfze mx3 got 93 from shell
93 klze mx3 got 93 from shell
01 is300 gets 93 from shell

I've tried QT a few time and the drop in mpg is significant... I get the most out of shells for some reason. I am a stickler for only using shell fuel in my cars, even though the shell by my house is about 5 cents more than most I generally fill up there, i will go to other shells if they have lower gas prices, but i tend to not focus so much on who has the lowest price...
