ok so for my 1993 sohc it should be time to change out my injectors? if so you have any cost effective ideas for me?

.. my car has some lag if i punch the gas it goes to 2000rpm says there for 2 sec. and then goes up slowly i have a MSD Blaster SS Coil in place of the stock one and i changed the head gasket and all that nice happy crap >> and changed a exhaust valve too if that helps any.. and i cut my catalytic off and have a have something like a glass pack on it, and the icv also the only thing i can think of would be the ecu or the injectors.. im thinking more the injectors because it happened after i went on the high way going 70 for about 100 miles or so .. alot of work on old injectors.. thats my thoughts tell me yours thanks for the help

have you checked your plugs? it sounds like you base ignition timing is off.
get in diag. mode and put a timing light on it. if your way to advanced it can have your symptom.

here is how you check your ignition timing:

and here is plug spec:

you do not need to remove the wheel to see your timing marks but that's on you.
on a further note, my timing marks on my crank pulley have lost there coloring so i think the notch farthest left is the yellow...
if this needs correction someone say so.

only if you are checking VALVE timing or replacing your timing belt.
my links posted above show you how to do IGNITION timing.
