It would have to be super luxury as well as racey. I am trying to do a blend of both in my current mx, its just tough w/ insufficient funds. Stuff like beverage coolers, heated seats w/ massage and a talking voice that welcomes me to the car are all necessities if I won the lotto :-P

That and buy an Ariel Atom.

I was thinking about posting almost the same thread! My version was: If I won the lotto, I'd have everyone vote as to what to do with an MX-3, and hire Vaughn to help. My goal would be to have an MX-3 that could compete with a Porsche (my favorite car).
I would have as much as possible replaced with Carbon Fiber. I have more ideas than I feel like writing, but a 2 stroke power supercharger would be developed. What I call "Voodoo" power would be incorporated, also (Cryo treatment, extrude honing, heat coatings, etc...).
It would be a 400Hp KL AWD for sure. It would be tempting to swap in a rotory, ar non Mazda engine, but the trick would be to keep it as MX-3 as possible.
Dude, you're freakin me out. That is exactly what I was shooting for. I was hoping this would become like the MX-3 wish list thread. I want links to the cool stuff you wish you could buy and so on.

Remove the engine and put a jet turbine in the backseat/trunk. Batman wouldn't have nuthin on me. Compressor stalls would be murder on your ears tho. lol
In the late 60's eary 70's Oldsmobile I think had a system that dispensed a fluid in front of the rear wheels for traction.

I toyed weriously with the idea of installing a second engine in the cargo area of my first RS. I had worked almost everything out. I figured it would cost around $10k. 2, 250 hp BP-T's and all wheel drive would be unstoppable.

I saw a guy do it with a Audi TT for a total of 1000hp.

I would have a carbon fiber 323 body made.

I would have the interior flocked (so it would look Suede).

I would get one of these too.

Couple of these

I would build and buy all kinds of crazy cars and parts and spend my whole life at my garage. :welder: I would likely race the C/F KLZE 323 and My Mustang in every form of grass roots motor racing I could find too. :D

:o My girlfriend's mom is very creative, and showed me how to flock. I immediately tried to find a way to use it in my MX-3  Like the way I look at a Martini shaker, and say "That needs to be a part of my engine".
She also showed me some really cool metallic paint... I digress.
Oh, back on subject.... the car would be 2,300 lbs, or less. The gas in the tires would be lighter than air. It would have a motor driven intake air charger.

Fowl Jessie:

You must write a tutorial on flocking. Flockin' sooner then flockin' later, because I have my whole flockin' dash out, and I will more then likely be too flockin' lazy in the future to ever remove the flockin' thing again. Seriously write a how too, I will read it.
(even if no one else does).

Store the mx somewhere and buy another car. Maybe make the mx3 into a badass track/race car
