Depending on how much more things crap out on my car, you may have a RS to use as a template for the crossmember...

...it's either that, or I throw some C4 onto the car >_>

Ok I was doing a bit of research on EGR and saw the crossmember in the pic, it lead me to the suspension section.

92 manual: http://www.mx-3.com/manuals/showimg.php ... _R-025.gif" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

95 manual: http://www.mx-3.com/manuals/showimg.php ... /R-025.gif" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

So there's the exact mounting points.

I didn't see a reason why they would have a different fitament between 92-96. It's the RS's I want to know about fitament, if they're any issues.

Just an update. My buddy's got the programs done for each part. He's actually thinking he'll run a piece/set this Saturday. Don't expect an update and pics on Sunday however, he's a little ways away so can't just run there to check them out. Technically I could but I'm doing this voluntarily and the Xterra isn't cheap on gas and I dont want to add any extra cost on getting them made.

I could possibly, but I don't have one so I can't get it blueprinted and reproduced. Devlin had one I think and his car got written off not long ago, I'll ask him

SuperK in for both :D

And the crossmember will NOT Fit on the RS. I tried. Failed. Tried again. Failed. Tried a third time.

Then I looked at my GS, found where it was mounted there, then went back to the RS, and tried...

...Failed.

How come? Why doesn't it work?

My buddy got the crossmember done a few days ago and he sent me pics. The end piece where it bolts up ended up being a bit thicker, but that was his mistake and could easilly be fixed. But that's just the first one that I had made just to make sure it came out OK. The rest will be proper.

My mistake, the Engine Mount member has bushings if I'm not mistaken. I'm going to see what I can do about reproducing them as well.

That crossmember looks really good. I may want one.
