Update time!
Aside from the front fender (I have not had the required time/money to go the the junkyard yet) the passenger side is Ghetto-done. I have to take care of the bottom of the rocker still, but i refuse to sand with 120 grit. I ran out of 80 last weekend. I know the pictures I've posted made the car look bad, but its even worse in person, haha.

Well, here's some pics of the finished? passenger side. Oh, and with MoonWax too!

Yeah, body work is a blast! I wish bondo wasn't so messy though, lol. I just can't wait till tomarrow when I start and maybe finish the driver's side (not much rust there). Kirk, I'm still looking forward to the finished product of your front bumper, if I like the way it looks, I might do the same. The MS front just looks good.

I will be painting tomorrow man. I had it all primed today. There was two spots I didnt like. So I sanded it back down and redid it. Its all washed up. First thing tomorrow I will prime the spots over again. Then start the paint.

I hope to have it all done and on by next week sometime. I have a show/dyno run next weekend.

I guess I can update this a bit. I started my hunt for gaskets to rebuild my engine last week. Everything was going wrong, I either didn't want to wait 2 weeks or I was going to pay $220. Well today made me a hell of alot happier. There's this place callen Dean's Auto Repair and Warehouse or something. They had an entire head gasket set for my car IN STOCK for $95.25 with tax. So I took apart the top end as soon as I got home. I cleaned up the head the best I could, I cleaned all the carbon deposites off the valves (it was crazy thick too). I tossed on some black paint on the head and intake to clean up things. I painted the valve cover a cool dark purple. Surprisingly the pistons were really clean for how crappy the engine was, but no matter.

I'd have pics of the before/after, but my sister said her camera "broke." In other words, she didn't want me to use it. :(
I'll try to finish it up tomarrow. I'll probably go to the junkyard on Wednesday and pick up 4 steelies for wheels. 2 donuts and 2 wheels with the steel belts showing are not good.

The way things are going, I'll be joining projectmx in Morocco this weekend on one of the days. I just need somone to ride with me *cough* I'll force my brother to immerse himself into imports *cough*....

After countless hours of fixing so many things, My Mx runs again. I ran into several problems along the way: crapped out disty (fixed), Putting head gasket on backwards (I wasn't thinking) The oil squirter squirted the can and ground, some super thick carbon deposites on the valves (removed with cheap knock-off dremel), Some ghetto-a** wiring leading me to replace both plugs leading to disty. To top it all off, since I could not figure it out, I had my brother bypass the unknown (by me) antitheft device, and we came to realize that I had the cams reversed as well, the exhaust was coming out the intake hose.

She purrs like a scared kitten (is idling high). I'll tweak it tomarrow, and when the car has good tires, I can finally drive it for the first time! I'm just really ecstatic.

As far as the body is concerned, the bondoing is coming along, the drive side is looking pretty sexy now, its better than the passenger side. She still needs new fenders and a hood, but those will come in due time :D I'm just sooo happy that it runs with barely any smoke now.

Edited spelling. :D
