The checking the lead was the next step for me, I checked it at the seat but not beyond that.. it seems to be the only logical option left. I hope haha. Thanks for all of you all's input. I'll let you all know soon.

It was the next to last connection in the tank at the fuel pump assembly. It was a crispy critter inside, the female connector had gotten hot enough to spread away from the male prong. So a little cleaning, and some squeazing and walla.. a running fuel mizer again!
